March is approaching, and hopefully the worse is behind us with snow fall and below zero weather. Looking ahead, we need to stay faithful with our back and hip stretching and getting regular Chiropractic check ups. The winter brought us snow, which means the dreaded "snow shoveling", which definitely is not back or "spine" friendly. On top of that, with the cold wintry weather and Covid, we were most likely to be in doors and sedentary.
